3-2-1 Diet

ISSA training showed me a few tricks of the trade when it comes to nutrition. I learned about this diet that allows you to lose weight consistently without even having to exercise. I believe it was actually titled a 1-2-3. I changed it to 3=2=1 because of greatest priority or importance is that carbs should actually make up half of our diet on the regular. I recommend exercise though apart from a normal everyday activity. Everybody's activity level is different too. There is a way to calculate your d.r.v. (daily recommended value). You have to research what it is first.
Now that you have it you can divide up those calories by 6 and create a pictograph or draw up a pie. Divide pie into 6 sections. You can use coloring pencils. Color 3 sections of the pie one color and label them "carbohhydrate". Color 2 sections of the pie and label it "protein". Finally the last se tion will be labeled "fat". Now with your daily recommended value divided by 6-you do the math. Bear in mind this is not cut and dry. It's only a reference point to go by.
Your activity levels are indeed going to change everyday as your interests change. Try to make your interests go in the direction of a more active lifestyle. If you have money for a trainer, then go for it. If that's what it takes to get you up and moving. Try to schedule time with friends to secondarily lift and jog or bike-or swim; this will serve as a kind of piggy back off of these sessions. Working out is sometimes better with others. Put your laptop on a makeshift stand up desk. Eat your meals while standing (unless you have others to eat with). Try to go for a walk after whenever you do eat. Gravity helps when it does it's thing. There's other ideas I'll have to expand on later.
The bottom line is the 3-2-1 is real. Most of our energy comes from carbs. Proteins are our re- building tools. Fat is necessary for us to function. Wax, flame, and fire. Carbs are the flame that burns the fat. You gotta have it in your body while your metabolism is revved up from doing substantial physical. You will know if you're body is doing work and you run out of fuel. You get fatigued muscles because they are out of glycogen, produced by carbs. This is when you eat some carbs. So carbs are flame. You can associate wax with tallow or fat because candles can be made with tallow which is-beef fat. The wick could be protein I suppose which kind of serves as a skeleton or structure of the candle. Building or rebuilding blocks can be associated with structure. So we gotta have all three. Carbs are assets, so don't go with the Adkins diet..
